1. General Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below:

• "Member" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the u338 platform.
• "Company" means u338, the platform operator operating under international licensing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the u338 platform in any form — whether by registering a new account, accessing the games section, making a deposit, or simply browsing the content — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy published separately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the member and the Company. Members are responsible for reviewing this document periodically as the Company reserves the right to make amendments from time to time without a separate advance notice, except where changes involve the addition of significant restrictions or prohibitions.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Registration and use of the u338 platform are subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Members must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Individuals below this age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile phone number, or the same payment details is prohibited.
• Members must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed.
• The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as an identification card (MyKad) or passport at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process required under our international licensing framework.
• Members must ensure that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the country or region where they reside. This responsibility lies entirely with the member, not the Company.

4. Member Account

A u338 member account is personal and non-transferable. Each member is fully responsible for the security of their login credentials, including their username and password.

Members agree to:

• Not disclose or share login information with any other party.
• Notify the Company immediately if any unauthorised access to their account occurs.
• Ensure their session is properly ended after using the platform, especially on shared devices.

The Company will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of a member's negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the u338 platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all available payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 5 and 30 minutes once the request has been verified and approved by our finance team.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method or account used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

The account used for deposits and withdrawals must be in the member's own name. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing and balance forfeiture.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

u338 offers various types of promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated alongside each offer.

Regarding the Welcome Bonus, the following conditions apply:

• New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from that bonus balance can be processed.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150, giving a balance of RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Another example: a deposit of RM2,200 will generate the maximum bonus of RM1,500, giving a balance of RM3,700. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including hedge betting to meet wagering requirements, is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

7. Game Rules

All games offered on the u338 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and arcade games — are governed by the individual rules of each game, available within the game interface itself.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system that has been verified and audited by an independent third party, ensuring fairness and integrity in every round.
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. It is the member's responsibility to review the bet details before confirming.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, the Company will determine the appropriate course of action based on system records. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following, and violations may result in account suspension or closure without refund:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or on a rotating basis.
• Using any software, scripts, bots, or other automated methods to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or bets.
• Engaging in any illegal activity, including money laundering or identity fraud.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Initiating a card chargeback without prior consent from the Company.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the u338 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphic designs, text, images, software code, and game content — is the exclusive property of the Company or its respective licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any content from the u338 platform for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Recommendation or confirmed involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• A member's own request to close their account, including as part of a self-exclusion measure for responsible gambling purposes.

In cases of closure at the member's request, any valid real-money balance will be returned via the designated payment method, subject to applicable wagering conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

The u338 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be available at all times. The Company is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by members in connection with their use of the platform.
• Disputed game outcomes where the RNG system has functioned correctly in accordance with audited technical specifications.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. 13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws under the international licensing jurisdiction held by u338. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the platform or the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, subject to the applicable legal jurisdiction.

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be set aside or amended to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
